An Extraordinary Gift Idea For Someone Special In Your Life

If you are having difficulty deciding on the right gift for that special someone...

Then why not a gift certificate for a travel experience of a lifetime?

Dear fellow Traveler,Hugh Tafel - President of Canadian Mountain Experience

My name is Hugh Tafel, president of Canadian Mountain Experience; the leading luxury tour company for active travelers to Canada's West.

It has been ten years since I founded this company, assisting discerning skiers, golfers and lovers of mountain regions. I have been blessed in meeting and assisting thousands of grateful travelers in that time.

For many, their trip was a lifetime experience. They all connected to the wilderness, to the earth in an almost religious way here that left most speechless and uplifted. The journey to our mountains was truly a liberating experience, one that they would never forget.

Still it is not easy to convince someone of this.

Even your closest friends.

So I have created gift certificates that you can give to someone you know who would appreciate journeying to such a place.

"...regarding our recent Canadian Mountain Experience vacation. In one word - fantastic! Everything you said would happen did! Our package arrived at our home with the airline tickets, a driver was at the airport...the accommodations were great...Everything went off without a hitch! You did a great job...it was a vacation my family will not forget...we will for sure recommend your company to anyone here who plans to come to Canada!" Rick, Jodi, Matt, TJ and Mandy Marneris, Orland Park, Illinois

"I was impressed with how quickly and promptly you were able to find accommodations and to book exactly what I needed as my circumstances changed. You succeeded in making my ski trip possible" Eugene O'Leary, Saskatoon, SK

"Wow - we had such a wonderful time in BC. (Kicking Horse) The snow was fabulous, the scenery was absolutely spectacular and the people we met were all so friendly and welcoming. All around A+ trip. Thank you so much for helping to make it happen." Ellen Brice, San Diego, CA.

"Firstly, let me thank you and your staff for helping to make this the best holiday we've had!...If you ever need me to give you a reference to prospective UK customers, I'd be happy to do so!" Dave Evans, UK

"I would not hesitate to recommend your company." Dan Lane, Ireland

"You guys helped us with a terrific holiday. The accommodation and logistics worked a treat. You made it easy... Nothing it seemed was too hard...even when a friend of mine lost his glasses at Lake Louise." Ross Cutler, Australia

An inaccessible wilderness only a century ago

It's hard to believe that the sharp, craggy peaks of Canada's Rocky Mountains were only opened up to the world a short 120 years ago.

The dream of connecting a young country did that. With a railroad from coast to coast. The largest and most expensive engineering project of its time.

This railroad opened up Canada's prairies to optimistic immigrant farmers and; so our history books say, kept the province of British Columbia in the fold of Canada.

Once completed, this route was soon popularized as the best way to travel to the orient. The fact that the western part contained no less than the equivalent of 10 Switzerlands; with unnamed mountain peaks, glaciers and mighty rivers was no less a lure.

Thousands of square miles of protected wildness

Most of Western Canada remains as the first settlers viewed it: raw, untamed, unspoiled, natural.

The big difference is how accessible it can be and how comfortable to visit.

You can cross from prairie to ocean via modern highway or 5-star rail. Stay in some of the world's most luxurious hotels and be pampered in world-class spas.

You will expect to see wildlife everywhere, from bear to big-horn sheep and everything in between.

You can traverse the mountains in a few days or tarry awhile, exploring it on foot, bike or ski.

Whichever way you choose, you will feel the presence of the Almighty. You will feel your soul cleansed and you will definitely come away feeling connected to this planet upon which we live.

A gift to be cherished and remembered

Much that goes on in our present world appears crass and superficial. We purchase things on impulse to show off and impress. Rarely does the item purchased move us spiritually.

And that goes for the many gifts we buy. They don't really say "thank-you" or "I love you" in quite the way we wished they did.

Imagine, however, if you could give a gift that was remembered fondly for years to come; was talked about every time you met.  The kind of gift that someone special in your life, your spouse, your parents, your children, or a key employee; would think highly of you every time they thought of you, met you, conversed with you.

That would be a powerful gift wouldn't it?

Let me suggest to you, that you give the gift of travel to Western Canada.

Since travel can be an expensive undertaking, may I further suggest that you gift a portion of a potential trip. There are few who would expect a gift worth thousands of dollars, but they would surely appreciate one of a few hundred.

To make it even easier for you, in celebration of my company's 10th anniversary, I am giving you the opportunity to save money on your travel gift.

The Rocky Mountains of Canada: "A Must See Place"

The words of Bruce Barton, associate editor of World's Events,  penned back in 1909 are still relevant today:

“I have been thinking very often during the day of the people... who have never visited…, but are hoping and saving and planning to make the journey at least once before they die.

For these people I could have no better wish than that they should realize their desire as I am realizing mine, in a trip through the Canadian Rockies.”

I hope you will take advantage of my generous offer and reserve your travel certificates today.

This is your opportunity to give someone you care about the perfect gift. The gift of a personal journey to see and experience Western Canada at a time of their choosing and you can save money doing it.

My team and I look forward helping you and yours with a lifetime journey to Canada's Rocky Mountains.

Warm regards,

Hugh Tafel - President and Founder
Canadian Mountain Experience

P.S. Remember, the price on these travel certificates increases Nov 30, 2007. After that date, the price will go up to $400, saving you only $100 instead of $150 before that day.

P.P.S. I have printed up only 67 certificates. I wanted to offer more but my accountant said I was crazy to give any away at this price. This offer has gone to my entire subscriber list so I am sure they will be spoken for soon. When they are gone, they are gone. I am not printing up anymore.
